Geolocation DataPrecise location information (GPS coordinates) necessary to link the tour to the correct map location (e.g., on Google Maps).

Incidental Personal DataImages of identifiable individuals (e.g., employees, clients, or members of the public) incidentally captured during filming.

 

1.3 Usage & Technical Data (Website Visitors)

 

When you visit our website, we automatically collect data related to your device and usage patterns.

3. How We Handle Tour Data (Imagery of People)

 

We understand that our cameras may capture individuals on your property. Our policy regarding this Incidental Personal Data is as follows:

  1. Client Responsibility: The Client (e.g., the property owner, real estate agent, or business) is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary releases, consents, or public notices required from individuals captured in the imagery before publication.

  2. Best Practices: Tourasonic advises and, where legally necessary, takes steps to blur faces, license plates, and other sensitive personal identifiers prior to the publication of the tour on any public platform (such as Google Maps).

  3. Removal Requests: If any identifiable person requests the removal of their image from a published tour, we will cooperate with our Client and the hosting platform (e.g., Google) to facilitate blurring or removal, where technically feasible and legally required.

 

4. Disclosure and Sharing of Your Information

 

We do not sell Client Information or Tour Data. We share information only with the following trusted third parties as necessary to provide our Services:

We retain Tour Data (the published imagery) as long as you maintain your hosting subscription with us, or until you request its removal.
