Refund Policy

Tourasonic No Refund Policy

 

 

1. General Policy Statement

 

Tourasonic operates strictly under a No Refund policy for all services rendered. Once a contract is signed and payment is made (whether a deposit or full payment), that payment is non-refundable.

 

2. Policy Rationale

 

Our Services involve the commitment of time, specialized equipment, professional labor, travel expenses, and software licensing fees for scheduling and post-production work (such as image stitching, editing, and platform preparation). These costs are incurred immediately upon the confirmation and commencement of a project.

Therefore, payments are made for the delivery of the service, and not for a guarantee of specific sales results or customer satisfaction with the final visuals.

 

3. Non-Refundable Payments

 

The following payments and fees are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Initial Deposits/Retainers: These secure your booking date and cover preliminary planning.

  • Project Fees (Full or Partial): Once the shoot has occurred, or post-production work has begun, all collected fees are non-refundable.

  • Hosting Fees: Fees paid for the initial setup and annual/monthly hosting of the virtual tour on any third-party platform (e.g., Google Street View, Matterport).

  • Travel/Expense Fees: Any agreed-upon costs for travel, lodging, or specialized equipment rental.

 

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

 

While payments are non-refundable, we understand that scheduling conflicts may arise.

  • Cancellation by Client: If the Client cancels a scheduled service, any payments already made will be forfeited.

  • Rescheduling: The Client may request to reschedule a shoot date up to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled time without incurring an additional fee. Any rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee equal to 25% of the total service fee.

 

5. Resolution for Technical Issues

 

If the completed virtual tour contains technical errors attributable to Tourasonic (e.g., failed stitching, corrupted files, or inaccurate mapping due to our error), we will, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following remedies:

  1. Correction: Rework the existing content to fix the technical error at no additional cost.

  2. Re-Shoot: Schedule a partial or full re-shoot of the affected area if the original files are deemed unusable.

No monetary refunds will be issued as a remedy for technical defects. Our liability is strictly limited to correcting the Service until the contracted deliverables are met.
